with just a few questions, of course we cannot touch
on every detail but for the most part you can send
us the most important information with the below
form. PLEASE fill in all the fields to help us help
you easier.
If you see this form is
will not fit all your updates please email us with
your changes. If you need to send photos or
attachments, please send these changes to
updates@jbsoftwarez.com
and allow 24-48 hours for changes to post.
Remember if updates are
not included in your monthly service fee, changes
will be invoiced and will be due 7 days after
changes have been made. Please refer to your service
agreement.
