James Bryant with JBSoftwarez was recommended to me
by a Microsoft Consultant
that I had worked with previously. Over a
year, I had a major communications project that
I looked for a vendor to handle.
My
company had been sending out customized printed
packages to a field force of over 2000 employees for
10 years and I wanted to send out a “person
specific” electronic package to save on printing and
shipping costs.
I
met with 8 companies to explain my needs and what I
wanted. Over the course of time I couldn’t find
anyone that could meet my requirements. I then met
with James and explained the data I would receive
from my clients and the data conversion process to
obtain the information to send customized
information out to our employees. He was able to
design a program that worked flawlessly for us. I

We notified James
Bryant to help us design a web site for our
fence company approximately 2 years ago. He met
with us on several occasions at our convenience
to gather information about what we do and what
we would expect on the web site. He even got
addresses of some of our fences and went and
took pictures to put on the site. He learned
about the products to get a better understanding
of the fence styles and accessories to know how
to set up our site to help us sell. We refer

In light of the downturn in the newspaper industry,
I’d like to point out a few things that I feel have
kept us in the mix. When we started our product in
2000, there were 5 other pieces similar to ours.
Today, there’s only one that is three years old. As
you know, when you and I first talked, I didn’t even
know how to email but I had ideas. Today, the
Rutherford Reader is a strong and viable newspaper
covering this area, even with the Tennessean and the
Daily News Journal. With the internet competing for
readers and advertisers, your guidance in creating
and expanding our site is a major reason for our
25,202 online subscribers. Switching gears, I
brought you Barkaroo and your website creation
brought over 1,500 to the event the first year. Last
year from mainly our website, we had close to 4,000
people there.
For a guy my age, you’ve shown and guided me into
areas via the internet that I wouldn’t have
attempted or thought about. All too often we go
about our day and don’t take a minute to reflect
where we come from and who has helped us get where
we are today.

two months time we have had almost 2000 hits to
our site. Since launching the web-site we now
have two services 8am and 11am. We are able to
stream live, blog with members, tithe to the
ministry, and we have the ability to do email
